How do I check the status of my order?

  • You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email.
  • If you are logged in, you may click on Orders at the bottom of the page under My Account for order details and shipping information.
  • Call e-commerce customer service at 717-396-7100 with any questions or you may email bmumma@apexadv.com with questions.

Can I make a return or an exchange?

  • Worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. No custom ordered apparel or close-out items can be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight both ways on a return or exchange.
  • ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER 60 DAYS
